Kindness Tuesday: Be kind to yourself

As I mentioned, I am busy busy busy. I got up at 4:15 this morning to work out. I did 17.5 mins of yoga stretching, and 12.5 mins of weights and marching in place. All before my coffee!!

I am going to do all my blog posts this morning before 5:30 and then I am going to try to write for about 30 minutes.

How is this being kind to me?

I am on a schedule! I feel the best when I accomplish things and so I consider this a way to doing good things for myself. Of course, I am doing all this while having delicious golden maple flavored coffee. One of my new favs.

I am indulging myself in myself and it feels great.




GO - do likewise! Enjoy yourself. Be kind to you. There are no imitations of you now or ever, so remember to treat yourself like the jewel you are!
